I PUT WRONG ADDRESS // FORGOT APT/UNIT # ; MY ORDER ALREADY SHIPPED WHAT DO I DO?!
You'll have to wait until item is shipped back to us and a $20 reshipping fee will need to be paid.
WHY DOES MY ORDER KEEP GETTING REFUNDED?
Orders get refunded due to high risk fraud, billing and shipping is mismatched, using another persons identity. Refunds aren't instant and take up to 3-5 business days or more depending on your bank.
